LOST OR ****** shares EASY EQUITIES

I have raised numerous enquiry /complaints tickets with this company about shares that i sold and using the proceeds from those sold shares to buy other shares and these new share purchases have disappeared from my profile?However, I have gone to the transaction list which is a facility that is on this site which allows you to track your past activity and it shows the sale and purchase of these shares in July 2024 but still no feedback from my queries, they have taken my money and its just disappeared, there is no telephone number to call them (CallCentre ) and all I get is AI related answers saying we are working on your query ,ridiculous to say the least . I will be reporting them to the FSCA shortly as this is *****ing.
