Large investors have better alternatives

Everything was going well I was about to exit my pick n pay investment at a minor profit and suddenly half my investment disappeared. When attempting to take this up further to find out what went wrong I was told by pick n pays company secretary that I couldn't sell my rights just yet and when I asked well why did easy equities allow it to be sold I was told to take the matter up with them they do not want to get involved. Easy equities response to this was we couldn't find anyone else to purchase your rights so we transacted the sale of them at ZERO. I was absolutely distorted because pick n pay raised twice as much money as they were intending to and both parties simply refused to compensate me for this transaction and pick n pay did not do anything about easy equities allowing people to transact on the rights despite easy equities allowing them to be sold. This platform used to be very decent but unfortunately it is no longer viable. If you wish to still use it don't attempt to use the single stock feature or the unit trust prices. They do not update their systems and you suffer all the loses if they glitch. Customer service is absolutely terrible and it honestly felt like easy equities and pick n pay are trying their best to raise funds even if it's in an ********* manner.
