Lack of service

I recently withdraw money from my account in 2 transactions. They were done one after the other. Only one payment came through. I received emails confirming the withdrawals. I did this last Wednesday. I was emailed by easy equities advising they have escalated this to their finance department. Up till today I haven't heard from them jor have I received my money.
