Lack of information

I have forgotten my username and password for my easy equities account. I wwnt on the "forgotten username and password. It says I don't have an account. I even supp**** my account number. I'm now waiting for feedback. Monies are going to be transferred into my account on 13 June and I will have no access to it. I really need the money. Please will someone assist or at least supply a telephone number where u can speak to someone.
