Since August I have not been able to access my accounts. There is a glitch in their app. I have reset the passwords and user name so many times as per their automated email instructions. You cannot speak to a person, all you can do is log tickets and respond to automated emails. Such a user friendly site but I must now bid it farewell - its starting to look very *****.
