It there something wrong with Easy Equities? 11 November 2024

There is something seriously wrong with the Easy Equities platform. I have been unable to access my "withdraw funds" function since 10 November 2024. Other functions are not responding, on the widget and online, I have tried both. I click on different functions and it just freezes or hangs. Is there maintenance being done on the platform or something? Why are customers not informed? I am going to do everything in my power to withdraw all my funds from Easy Equities and delete my accounts.

As soon as I get my funds withdrawn, I am definitely looking for a different platform.
