It is definitely NOT Investing Made Easy

I have had such difficulty with the terrible challenge of getting FICA established through Easy Equities. At the request to submit the FICA information, which I did, I was informed that my account was ready to use and that the ticket was closed - "I can confirm that both accounts are FICA verified and should be allowing you full functionality." When trying to utilize the platform days later, I still receive the standard answer on the platform: You must be FICA approved to perform this action" The challenge is more significant as I am abroad at this time and cannot just call the "call center" and I am not allowed to appoint any representative at all to intervene on my behalf. Just contact *** and then play two-day communication back and forwards.

I find this platform such a challenge. It is definitely NOT Investing Made Easy for me
