Is Easy Equity a ****?

Hi 2018 April i deposited R200 000 on easy equity and for the pas few years ive been getting my interest accordingly, The problem has started this year where i was supposed to recieve my devidents January but was postoned to April but till to day nothing has happened. nothing was deposited to my accounts n I've tried to do the withdrawals by myself but there's no withdrawals button in their app.

Can i get some help please atleast get my R200K without their interest because i don't trust them any more and it been a while now now receiving anything from them. Mind you they started by blocking my account but i was able to retrieve it so it now active.
