Innovative but needing improvement

I have really enjoyed using their platform - easy and intuitive to use, and it provides a great way to manage your investments yourself at low cost.

Support response times were slower than it could be, but not terrible. Their rewards program could also be reworked a bit to make it more engaging, flexible and sustainable. Forcing someone to invest more money each month into specific investments just to maintain the benefit is manipulative in my opinion. It forces people to invest in shares that might not be the best investment for them.

Overall I think they are doing great work but could do with some improvements!
