Inefficient Platform

I funded my account hoping to take advantage of the cheap MTN and Prosus share. I loaded a ticket and submitted my POP twice and my fund are still not allocated.

As a result I could not take advantage of good opportunities and I am angry.

I just want to refund the funds and close this ******* platform.

They better stay away from my finances, I can’t be charged anything after this service.
