***********, If possible I would give no star at all. I had an issue with logging into my account because it says it was locked because incorrect credentials were entered but I never entered any incorrect credentials and also received notification that someone tried to even change my password. I went on Facebook and inboxed their Facebook account and got informed that maybe someone had a similar username as mine and was informed that I should email them. I did just that and got the automated response which gave me a ticket number and told me that it'll take up to 36 hours to resolve my issue. It's been 6 days now and still nothing, I followed up on my issue with another email and I just received a a new ticket number.
