EE does not care about their customers and have made that clear. I have been with them since they started and invested thousands of rands. Their monthly fees try to force you to interact on the platform but despite not agreeing to any of their subscription fees they lock you out of withdrawing your funds as your account balance rapidly goes into deficit. I tried multiple emails, even reaching out to the CEO...but they don't care.

Goodbye. I am withdrawing everything that is left. Never again EE - you are de*****ing fellow South Africans.
