I work for a lawyers firm and needs to telephonically speak to someone in EasyEquities as they do not send me the required information regarding a deceased estate we are administering and we have attempted several e-mails to their company. EasyEquities uses an AI that is useless. It does not connect me to a human operator and then the line goes dead. We have made several attempts telephonically
