Horrible Service – Money Stuck and Ignored by EasyEquities

I am beyond frustrated with EasyEquities. I invested R10,000 with them and needed to change my registered phone number last week Thursday. After struggling just to raise a support ticket, I finally received an email from them on Friday asking for my details, which I immediately provided.

Since then – absolute silence. No follow-up, no resolution, nothing! My money is now stuck in their system because I cannot withdraw without them changing my number. It feels like they are deliberately ignoring me while keeping hold of my funds.

This is unacceptable. We trust financial institutions with our money, and yet EasyEquities can’t even handle a simple request in a timely manner. The lack of communication and urgency shows a complete disregard for their customers.

If you value your money and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
