Hidden Charges billed to ***

Shocking Customer Service Terrible customer service experience. An *** was opened via Discovery Bank, after 3 months I noticed that there is a service fee on this ***, when I queried this fee and why it was deducted from my *** they indicated that this was automated program which basically penalise you if you do not deposit more than you withdraw each month.

I indicated that this was never communicated to me. I have been struggling with customer support ever since, they keep sending the same automated response to each query sent regardless of what is stated in the query.

They are quick to take your money but when it comes to providing any kind of service or withdraw they basically ignore you.

Wish Discovery never opened this *** for me.

Stay away from this institution if you value your money.
