Hard to get answers Equities!!!!!!!!

I have been emailing and logged my query via the portal for weeks now. Why don't they have a contact number! Financial institutions should have all lines of communication open not just digital - MAKES ZERO SENSE>

ZERO RESPONSE regarding an IPO that has not listed when it was suppose. So to the point I want the money back as if I can get answers maybe something is fishy is going on.

Next stop twitter and facebook and then the FAIS ombud!
