Great product Poor service

I recently have relocated to Australia and figured since im here let me save on international back charges and deposit some money into an Easy Equities AUD account. It has been a headache from the get go. My Australian bank does not provide proof of payments for individual transactions, nor can i insert special characters into the reference such as -. Banking in Australia is very different to South Africa. So needless to say every two weeks when i make a deposit i have to open a ticket so that they can find my deposit, so i send a statement (if i have one) or a screenshot saved as pdf. It is the best i can do, but of course every time the ask for POP, but they've been helpful, especially Lerato S. So far they've been pretty good 3-5 days and the money makes its way into my account. This time around its been almost two weeks, ive opened multiple tickets for the same issue as im not get adequate assistance from Phopi Khiba, one of their agents. I got told 5 days ago that it was escalated to the correct dept. I feel i have given them adequate time to resolve this, so now its time for me to put it out there.
