Good service from EasyEquities!

I recently signed up for the EasyEquities app and thus far have had a very good experience with their customer service team. I transferred money from my Capitec account as I assumed it would clear fairly quickly.

After querying this with the support team they confirmed that all deposits from any bank apparently take up to 2 days to clear before they can be used to invest. When the money cleared I was able to invest very seemlessly. The team was prompt and professional. Thank you Veronique.

I have since made a second deposit which cleared and I was able to invest that seemlessly too. Will be trying the USD investment next.

Great concept that gives ordinary citizens easy access to the share market!
