Funds frozen

My funds in Easyequities are frozen now for a week and i get no help from support team.

I am losing money because i cant invest my funds waiting for support team to rectify this problem. I am worried that this company is in trouble following news reports of their share price in free fall!!

This is how it starts. Look at FTX debacle. Firstbyour funds are frozen then its gone??!!
