Funds and my information disappeared

Last year I changed phones and when the uploading of apps happened, unfortunately the Easy Equities app didn’t upload, I had to do it manually. I forgot my login details because previously it was saved on the old phone. I sent emails to the company for assistance but what shocked me was the funds doesn’t show. It is as if I never had an account with them. All my funds disappeared, and I logged many complaints without no assistance
