Frustrations when withdrawing money from account

Generally a good platform, however it's not easy to navigate sometimes (especially when simply wanting to "go back" to a previous page)

My experience with withdrawing funds has been painful. You can't just mail them, instead you have to go through the help page. I keep getting an error on customer due diligence - submitted my bank details to confirm and the updated it but the error remains! It's almost been two weeks and there's no solution in sight.
