Frustration with Easy Equities....

I am beyond frustrated. I am looking at investing with Easy Equities and I see that you cannot phone them. You have to submit a ticket and they have up to 48 hours to reply.

Surely this is not a good way to do business. When I have a question, I want an immediate reply from a call centre agent.

Sure, you try and put everything online with regards to FAQ but sometimes even if I follow your instructions, I am still not able to do what I want to. I am considering, not investing with you if I can not get immediate help....
