Failure to assist

I am trying to withdraw my funds from Easy Equities Tax Free Savings Account without success. This has gone on now for more than a week. The customer services stinks. I will be closing my other accounts with them and move to another platform and also inform friends about the service from them. The funds are available, my bank details are verified, they rather send you an email, "we on it".
