Extremely poor service - and withholding of funds

This company has got to be the worst customer service I have received ever. They seem to only have on customer service agent who works from home and an escalation team who do not bother to reach out.

I trusted the source who referred me to this company and thought it would be a small start for lower income earners but not at all. Trying for the past 2 weeks to get my own money back from them and only generic email responses. They keep transferring my own cash back into their account and advise to withdraw again and have the same thing happen on repeat.

After 13 attempts to speak to someone they only transfer my call to Jessica who is apparently the customer care head then drops my call?
