After logging a ticket 3 weeks ago, getting unsatisfactory feedback and mentioning this, no follow-up service has been rendered. As far as their listed lan number is concerned, it's another waste of time. Fees may seem attractive initially, but trust me you will pay in the long run with more losses than gratification.
