easyequities service stinks....

long time ago when easyequities started with less than 100K members, everything was going smooth in terms of quick response and resolution of Client querries. then came the numbers(more than **** Clients) and the company became big-headed and ********. you can not reach them on any phone line when the email service is just a stupid robot or whatever it is. their so-called due diligence against money-laundering stings as it is haphazardly done and its a no-brainer. COVID19 can not be an excuse, we are your Clients and when robots and email correspondence and robots are pathetic and useless, one prefers human-to-human interaction over the phone. ONE day you will lose all those big numbers of Clients just like other pathetic companies that lost Clients because of stupidity and ignorance, we will migrate to other platforms very soon....
