EasyEquities security is compromised.

I have investments with EasyEquities and have recently been communicating with them regarding an incident which took place on my account. Someone hacked into my account and liquidated the investments and then drained the funds out of my account into a US$ account at SASFIN. I have been communicating with them since I discovered this but they are now ignoring me. Their helpdesk suggested I contact Sasfin to resolve the issue but since I don't have an account at Sasfin and the hack was on their platform surely it would be them who are responsible.

The first time I alerted EasyEquities to this issue was 26 August (over 40 days ago) so they have had more than enough time to resolve this issue and return my funds to me.

I would advise you to avoid their services as their security is compromised and if your account is drained they do not actively seek to resolve the issue and return your funds.
