EasyEquities -- no way to get information!

Since I joined EasyEquities ten days ago, I've received many cheerful emails with lots of graphics welcoming me and assuring me that they're available to answer my questions, but I've sent them at least five separate questions over the ten days and haven't received a response to ANY of them. The website is lacking in crucial information (like, what is the Total Expense Ratio for Coreshares and Sygnia's global property ETFs?) and crazy confusing things happen like that there's an unexplained "Maximum amount" of R20 065 when you try to buy shares with your tax free funds of R33 000. No explanation. I'm thinking of switching to EftSA, they might be more professional.
