EasyEquities no human contact

I opened EasyEquities accounts for myself and my children three years ago. The platform is user friendly to invest but unfortunately the customer service are not that good. My queries used to be resolved within 48 hours if I opened a ticket. Now it is not the case anymore There is no human connection. I would like to speak to a real life person but that is not option. It is a pity they don't realise the value of human contact with issues that can't be solved with a robot
