Easyequities errors not being attended too quick enough

Awaiting on support to assist with errors withdrawing and calculating funds. Don't know if its only me experiencing problem as system status shows 100% but keep getting numerous errors since Value group unlisted from JSE and had shares for sell instruction before unlisting.
