EasyEquities Customer Support is a Nightmare!

Unfortunately, the lowest rating available is one star - EasyEquities does not even deserve this one star.

EasyEquities might seem like an appealing way to start investing, but beware! Their customer support is the absolute worst. The most ********** customer experience I've ever come across. I've submitted multiple tickets and emails regarding urgent issues, only to be met with radio silence for days or even weeks. In some cases, I never hear back at all.

As someone who trusts EasyEquities with my money, I expected a basic level of communication and responsiveness. I am so done with this company - regrettably, I have more funds in EasyProperties and I can only ever cut ties with this company if I happen to sell my shares during auctions.

Please stay away from EasyEquities. Unless you're prepared to deal with a company that couldn't care less about its customers, DO NOT SIGN UP!
