Easy equity **** and cant get hold of them

Is easy equity a ****. After several years of investment in them im being told that investec shares has been suspended on the jse when i wanted a withdrawel. I called investec and jse to confirm and both confered this is a huge error on easy equities side if not they might be ******** clients. What a predicament now as one cannot get hold of easy equities now.
