Easy Equity horrible service can't allocate money paid in more than a month ago

Ticket: #*** I paid money into Easy Equity and it's definitely not so easy. This is the third time this is happening. Where I paid money in to easy equity account and waiting 2 months to invest my money. My personal account is registered and my business account was still not linked to my name. I've emailed numerous times and nothing is happening. The just responding but my fund ar not allocated sing the 3 February 2024. So I lost all the investment that I would of **** per week. This easy equity is unprofessional you can't phone and try and sort out the problem. Only true email but it's no use because there isn't any service from them to sort out issues. All I get is email when I send proof of payment and still nothing happened. Money not available to invest for a month now. So lost money because of fund not available. Rather invest your money in a company like Satrix who get things sorted.
