Easy Equity-hardly nothing easy anymore

I love this app, I have had for a while now, however today,I have seen a different side. I have never had to deal with customers service from this company but I must say they are experiencing some issues today. The app seems to be down, you can refund any funds. The chat box is actually backwards and would expect this app to invest in things like this. I do believe they can still prove to be amazing, but today I am bitterly disappointed. Nothing worries investor more than instability because we have add money to this,we expect support to be impactful and communication to be at high standards (if the app has issues) For now I am waiting to see how they responded with this, I won't bury them with giving them a chance. I loved this app, so it's the right thing to do
