Easy Equitiies statement a lie.***** or what

I am not at all happy with Easy Equitiies support .When I opened my account number:is:EE*** I funded it with R5000 only and bought BEE shares,a couple of weeks later R10 000 was put into my BEE account .I understood that it was mistakenly put in my account and it was reversed the following day.My problem is my statement keeps reflecting total funds as R15,000 and every time I buy more shares that add on top of the R10,000 which they acknowledged as a mistake That R10,000 was not mine,no idea why they keep insisting it on my statement,how do I account for those monies that I know nothing about with SARS? I am tired of bringing this to the support's attention,they say it was a mistake but they don't remove the R10,000 .

Your statement is not a true reflection of Total funds I deposited.Remove the R10,000.It is not mine,unless you want to give it to me
