Easy Equities won’t allow funds withdrawals

Easy Equities removed my ability to withdraw funds, I sent them all the documents the required and my account is still frozen. They have now gone silent and have not responded to emails or tickets logged. I am going to transfer my account move my funds as soon as possible.
