Easy equities trouble tickets not resolved

I have recently changed my email, I happened to have forgotten my login credentials on easy equities company. Now in such a scenario, the system needs to reset the password by sending an automated email. It’s been 2 weeks that I have been trying to get hold of the easy equities Team, I have loaded 2 trouble tickets with their IT support team. To my predicament nothing has happened in this two weeks. I also tried calling them but the numbers they have provided just rings off the hook no answer whatsoever. This is a task that is troubling cause I can’t do any trades but can only be able to monitor. Please help in this matter!….
