******** easy equities staff members

For more than a week now I cannot access my account and when I wrote them an email,they just sent me an adverti*****t,sent another email told me to delete the Capitec app and download it again..are they real people wherever they are? It's even worse with their easy equity app it's giving me difficulties hence I found it better with Capitec.
