Easy Equities - shocking non response to complaints

Shocking non response from Easy Equities. Deposited a large amount of money on 3 December 2024 but online platform indicates 0%. Have sent multiple requests but to date the matter has not been resolved.

Then I submitted a withdrawal of funds request. The response indicated that more information was required and an email outlining the information required would be sent. This has not been sent and my numerous emails have not been responded to.
