Easy Equities ****?

So, I bought shares on the Easy Equities platform. Its a fairly simple process - I issued a trade instruction, they take the funds, send me an invoice and reflect the trade in my account. This process did take about a day to finalise, which is poor, however, I understand the market is volatile and there might be delays. Everything else seemed fine. Well, a few days later they reverse the transaction, without any communication to me or approval from me. I obviously lose the profit from the increase of the share price. About a month later they try and sell me a story about market liquidity etc. This is a ****!
