Easy Equities Poor customer service Ticket: #***

I can't get any assistance from EasyEquities customer service, I have been logging a ticket since the 10 of september in connection with a CDD compliance hold/block on my account . The AI chat bot is useless. There is no contact center to call . I got an email from Melissa Gurdaya on the 20th of september 2024 for Ticket: #*** she is a team leader.I rep**** to the email and still no response. The account is still on hold. This truly bad no terribly customer service shocking from a Client Experience Team Leader Melissa Gurdaya. Now I just want my money so I can close the account true BS service what happened to speaking to people and not AI dumb chatbot
