Easy Equities - not that easy to trade.

In November 2020 , I started share trading with Easy Equities. The platform is totally online , iow there is no telephonic contact available. At the beginning , I did not know this. On three different issues , I needed real time resolutions ,but the only route to follow is the submitting of a ticket. However the response on all three occasions were inadequate and a quick two discussion was unavailable. On one occasion ,I tried to purchase a certain share ( Cartrack) and the platform would not allow me to make that purchase . The following day , the share price had risen - to-date Easy Equities has not responed to my query. Currently , I am trying to transfer my portfolio to FNB. and it is now two weeks since the request.I have been copied on internal Easy Equities emails that were doing the rounds - it clearly indicates a lack of work ethics , systems and professionalism at this institute.It is very scary to trust your monies with this institute. Easy Equities is part of the Purple Group and unfortunately it seems that their support staff are blemishing their track record.
