Easy equities not so easy

Started my account through Capitec. After 4 months the system seemed to fail everytime I wanted to log in on the capitec app. Call capitec and they said no they can't help me need to get in contact with Easy equities themselves. They helped me after about 2 months sending emails back and forward with a new account with my funds transfered over to it. It was running nicely for about a year now only thing was that I had to down load their app on playstore as the capitec app didn't recognize my account at all. The system after a while bombed out and I had to get my details again from them the contact person said no you need to log in and do transactions to keep the system active. Now Trying to login again the system is off and not working. I tried to withdraw funds also at one stage and it couldn't get the system to recognize the request after calling them it was said that they have a system error and they are busy sorting it out. Today I requested my login details and the details supp**** according to the app is incorrect and now the app don't work. After 4 years with them I have to say that I won't recommend this service to anyone unless you are willing to battle and get frustrated all the time.
