Easy Equities not giving me option to withdraw withdrawable funds!!!

I cant withdraw any funds! I have about R105 000 that is withdrawable. After I confirm my bank account details it doesnt display a text box where I can input the amount I want to withdraw - there is no text box. I NEED ACCESS TO MY MONEY.
