EASY EQUITIES - NON PAYMENT BACK

Below is the email I have sent to Easy Equities:

To whom it may concern; I have logged a ticket in the middle of July 2021 and I have sent numerous emails without any response from Easy Equities! You claim it only takes 5 days for my money, R2,361.13, to be paid back to me - To date, nothing at all! Please advise when my money will be paid over to my FNB account. If I do not hear again from you, I will post my complaint on Hello Peter and ****ed Consumer. I need my money to be paid over today, 03-08-2021, as it is more than 20 days now.
