Easy Equities needs to up its game

Easy Equities is the lowest cost trading platform in South Africa, but needs to up its game. I have recommended the platform to many friends but I have personally have three major problems with it:

1. You can’t specify price - no great if you pt in an order to buy Aveng shares at 2 cents and you get 4 cents. 100 percent higher. 2. Takes too long to reflect the transfer of money to your Easy Equities account, especially from Investec to Investec account and after you have paid a faster payment fee. 3. The system is not as user friendly as some think, as I have never received a response to a query and there is no-one you can call.
