Easy Equities is a BIG ****!!

I do not know what to do anymore because I feel like a victim caught in the system that I do not understand. I got my money R5000 that was meant for my debts removed from my account by accident while I was buying shares in my Demo account. After you guys could not resolve this for me on time I had to sell the shares after this to get my money back. In the process I lost R350 rand. When the money became available after 5 days I tried to transfer my money from my Funds account to my Capitec account. I made a mistake because I only managed to transfer my money into the TFSA account. This now seems to be an irreversible transfer because now my money is locked for another 14 days. Money that needs to pay for my petrol to work, for my electricity for my house and for food on the table. I was explained why this 14 day period is necessary but my funds did not come from a debit order or credit card account transfer. What is frustrating is that on their auto response email for the ticket raised it states clearly that they will resolve your issue within 36 hours. This is not the case. I have sent numerous emails and I have phoned the traders many times and I always get the same response. They will phone you back. They will pass on the message. The more I deal with these people the more I am starting to think that they are a bunch of ********. It has been 3 weeks since I added the Easy Equity Widget to my banking app and I have regretted it everyday. Please do not make the same mistake I have made. These people are only friendly when they take your money but when you need your money back they hide behind unavailability and legislation that clearly a ****!! Look out!!
