EASY EQUITIES HELPS US WHO HAVE BEEN SIDELINED IN THE MAIN FINANCIAL MARKET FOR LONG!!

From my personal experience with Easy Equities, i highly recommend this company on the basis of its customer service and support.

There is always an agent awaiting on the other hand to respond to any help tickets that any of their clients may submit online.

Currently speaking i have a query where by some reason i cannot activate my RA account, the support and feedback has been remarkable as one of their consultants, Slade gave me a call from his personal cellphone number to assist.

This gives me peace of mind as it shows the company really has nothing to hide. Today i did not have airtime, so i phoned Slade using WhatsApp call and we spoke, how convenient.

The only thing inconvenient about them is their online platform which they remove bugs from time to time and clients wont be able to access it during that time.

This can prevent clients from doing business in haste and can result in a loss of income if one needs to sell shares immediately before making significant losses.

They really have to see what can be done to resolve this matter. However, this does not take much time to fix but there is always room for improvement in business.

All in all, with Easy Equities, trading has never been this easier, i only opened an account with them in December last year with the sole purpose of trading and i got more than what i bargained for when i learnt that they also create a Tax Free Savings Account for the client, plus a Retirement annuity account, WOW!!!!!!
