Easy Equities - Have taken my R20000-00 without reflecting this in my wallet for weeks

I have been back and forth for a month trying to get my deposit to reflect or get a refund. I put R20000 with correct bank details and with correct reference details. After a week of no money being reflected in my wallet they ask me to do a recall with my bank to reverse the payment. My banking team did so only to get denied the reversal with Easy Equities. I am so disgusted with the lack of service and and extremely worried about my existing funds in this account - if this is how difficult it is to get money to reflect in my wallet or get a reversal (that Easy Equities suggested I do), imagine how difficult it will be to get money already invested out.
