Easy Equities, deposit not reflecting, pathetic customer service to get this resolved.

Zero star if possible. I made a deposit on the 23rd of April and it is still not reflecting. I logged a ticket with a copy of stamped bank statement confirming the deposit, and got a reply that they require a "more formal proof of payment"? Are you kidding me, a stamped bank statement not formal enough? I logged a new ticket with the actual proof of payment, and still waiting for a response. If not response within 12 hours I will log a formal complaint at the Ombudsman.
